YESIF
YESIF is an agentic operating system for startups, built by TurbineH: 26 AI departments with councils, 627 specialist agent roles and 42 routines that work on a company's own tools, for a flat fee with no token consumption.
An organization of AI agents that operates your startup on top of your own tools, learns every week and bills one flat fee.
BRAIN
One place to ask, decide and approve
Ask in English or Spanish. BRAIN reads your connected tools, answers with complete data, builds charts and recurring reports, and shows every decision waiting for you.
Departments
26 autonomous departments
Leadership, sales, marketing, finance, legal, people, product, data, security and more. Each with a council, its own specialists (627 roles in total) and routines on a schedule. Only the ones your startup needs switch on.
Learning
Smarter every week
Research on your competitors and market from minute one, refreshed every 30 days. Weekly structural learning by company type, anonymized and aggregated, so every onboarding starts from what already works.
01 · What you can do
What your startup can do on day 1, in week 1 and by month 1.
Concrete examples per area. What runs depends on the tools you connect; anything that sends, publishes, deletes, spends or pays waits for your «Approve».
Sales
Value: No deal goes cold, and a forecast you can trust.
Day 1
Ask BRAIN for every deal with no next step in your CRM: the complete list, with totals.
Week 1
The sales routine flags stalled deals and drafts follow-ups. You approve each send.
Month 1
Conversion by stage and forecast vs actual, tracked against your month and quarter goals.
Marketing
Value: Spend goes where it returns.
Day 1
Competitors' offer, pricing, channels and promotions mapped from public sources, each with link and date.
Week 1
Campaign and email drafts in your own tools plus a content calendar. Publishing waits for you.
Month 1
Acquisition cost and return by channel, with proposals to move budget to what still scales.
Finance and fundraising
Value: Know your runway and raise on time.
Day 1
Connect Stripe: MRR, ARR, churn, new and expansion MRR by month, computed in code.
Week 1
Runway from cash and burn once a bank source is connected; cash forecast vs actual.
Month 1
Investor pipeline, cap table scenarios and non-dilutive options prepared by finance specialists.
Product
Value: Build what moves your goals.
Day 1
Competitors' products and launches researched; feedback in your connected tools summarized.
Week 1
Weekly discovery: feedback and analytics turned into prioritized opportunities.
Month 1
A roadmap proposal ranked against your objectives, with experiments and how to measure them.
Operations
Value: Recurring work runs itself.
Day 1
Recurring reports from chat («every Monday at 8, send me…»), delivered by email.
Week 1
Daily cross-department priorities; exceptions followed until they're resolved.
Month 1
Procedures reviewed, routines measured, and what doesn't work retired.
Hiring and people
Value: Hire the right role at the right time.
Day 1
Competitors' public hiring signals show where they are investing.
Week 1
Org design and hiring plan against your goals; job descriptions and interview kits drafted.
Month 1
Time to hire, coverage and salary bands tracked. Offers and contracts stay with a person.
02 · Why now
Run every function from day one, without a hire for each or a bill per token.
Sales, marketing, finance, legal, people, product, data. Every function is either a hire you can't make yet or a job the founders do at night.
70 %
Of VC-backed shutdowns
ran out of capital (431 companies that shut down since 2023).

How AI tools bill you
every task, retry and long context is metered, so the bill grows with the work.
You shouldn't have to choose between burning runway on headcount and burning it on tokens.
03 · Your number
What would it cost to staff those functions?
Pick the roles you'd otherwise hire. Every assumption is visible and editable.

- Minute one
- research begins at minute one, not after a 39-day search
Your flat fee would have to pass $29,250 a month to cost what hiring does.
Assumptions
- US employer payroll costs of 30 % on top of salary: FICA 7.65 % (IRS) plus benefits and other payroll taxes. Conservative: BLS puts benefits at 30 % of total compensation (≈43 % on top of wages).
- 1,700 working hours per role per year.
- 39 days median time to fill a non-executive role (SHRM 2026). Recruiting fees not included.
- Token-priced AI spend is your own estimate; it excludes the people needed to run those tools.
- YESIF: $890 the first month. From week 4, a flat fee set from your objectives and the work measured. This is an estimate, not a quote.
04 · Getting started
Onboard once. Your organization starts working.
Step 1
Tell us about your startup
A guided onboarding: goals, stage, market, competitors and the tools you use, picked from a base of 1,306 programs.
Step 2
Connect your tools
One-click links, Google, pasting a key or secure access. API first; a browser agent only where there's no API. Email reminders for anything pending.
Step 3
Departments switch on
Management scores your goals, sources and answers and activates the departments that fit. Month, quarter and year objectives are set for you, editable in BRAIN.
Operating
Your organization runs
Routines run on schedule, councils decide with evidence, specialists prepare the work. You approve only what is sent, published, deleted, spent or paid.
One engine for every company: what is yours lives as data and configuration, never as custom code.
YESIF for Startups
Every month includes
- Your agent organization
- the departments your goals need, with councils, specialists and routines
- Market intelligence
- competitors, market and benchmarks, with sources and dates
- Goals and KPIs
- month, quarter and year, measured from your own data
- Full trace
- every step authorized by role, verified and audited
05 · Inside a department
How every department works. Nothing hidden.
One engine runs all 26 departments. Each one has the same parts and follows the same cycle and rules.
The parts
- 01
Coordinator
Prioritizes the work, gathers the evidence and escalates to a person only when it must.
- 02
Council of 4 roles + synthesis
Constraints and finance, context, competitors and role models, goals. A synthesis turns them into one proposal; without agreement it picks the option that meets every hard rule with the lowest risk.
- 03
Specialists, in waves
627 specialist roles across the organization, each with its brief, triggers, data and KPIs. Analysts work before the council and preparers after it. They run in parallel waves by dependency, up to 3 at a time and at most 3 analysts plus 2 preparers per cycle. More specialists never means more calls.
- 04
Routines
42 routines, each a 6-step flow, on a default schedule (daily 08:00, weekly Monday 09:00, monthly on day 1) or triggered by events. Each company can change the times.
The cycle
1Observe
Read only allowed sources, with source, date and period. Keep the context versioned. Set goals from your own history.
2Decide
Departments collaborate, the council contrasts the evidence, one concrete proposal with an owner and expected impact, then a decision in BRAIN.
3Act
Execution by deterministic code over API, or by a browser agent where there's no API. New departments rehearse in simulation first.
4Measure
Compare against the baseline and the deadline. No false causality: an observed result is not a proven effect.
5Learn
What worked, what's missing and what to adjust feeds the next cycle. Unknowns stay unknown until there's evidence.
«Is this enough to reach your goals in the shortest time?»
The rules
- Approvals
- Only sending, publishing, deleting, spending and payments wait for «Approve», with the exact content shown. Everything else runs by role.
- Evidence
- Every claim cites a fact or verified reading, or it is rejected. Figures are computed in code; the model never invents numbers. Your hard rules are checked in code.
- Escalation
- A person is asked only when essential data is missing, hard rules clash with no valid option, or spend would exceed your limits.
- Budget
- Your organization runs on a monthly agent budget, included in your flat fee and never billed to you. At 80 % it switches to saving mode; at 100 % departments pause. BRAIN keeps working.
- Always-on research
- The context department never switches off: a full research immersion at onboarding, a refresh every 30 days, a weekly intelligence report, and alerts when a competitor changes price, offer or positioning.
- Learning by company type
- Every week YESIF learns structurally from companies like yours (8 seeded types, including early-stage SaaS). Only common categories, never names, free text or absolute figures, and only patterns seen in at least 3 companies.

07 · Why it's unique
Why this isn't another AI tool.
As far as we know, no other product gives a startup a whole organization (26 departments, 627 specialist roles, 42 routines) documented down to each agent, running on its own tools, for a flat fee with no token consumption.
Token-priced AI tools
Every prompt, retry and long context lands on your bill.
Flat fee. No token consumption on your side, ever.
Generic chatbots
They know the internet, not your company.
Works on your own tools and data, with complete listings and totals.
A single agent
One agent, one task, and someone to drive it.
26 departments with councils, specialists and routines that run on schedule.
AI that improvises
A model decides how to call your systems, every time.
Concrete flows run by deterministic code over API. AI executes only in the browser and in research.
Hiring
39 days median to fill a role, plus on-costs.
Research starts at minute one; departments switch on as your sources connect.
All-or-nothing autonomy
It either asks for everything or acts alone.
Approval only to send, publish, delete, spend or pay. Everything else runs by role.
A static setup
Configured once, then it drifts.
Learns weekly from your results and from anonymized patterns of similar companies.
“Today it's easy to have an idea and build a prototype. The hard part isn't technology anymore — it's creating a profitable business around it.
That's what a fully agentic organization achieves, even for ourselves at TurbineH: high-resource capabilities, even when you're between product and seed stage.”

Why start now
From the first week, not the first quarter.
Research from minute one
Before your first call with us, the context department is already studying your competitors and your market.
A fee set by measured work
You don't guess a plan. We measure the work for four weeks and set a flat fee against your objectives.
You stay in control
Nothing is sent, published, deleted, spent or paid without your «Approve». Revert any department from BRAIN.
09 · Frequently asked
What every founder asks.
What does “no tokens consumption” mean?
You never pay per token, per prompt or per seat. Model costs are ours, inside a flat fee. We also spend few: flows over API run as deterministic code without a model, and specialists are called only when a routine needs them.
Which tools does it work with?
During onboarding you pick your tools from a base of 1,306 programs. YESIF connects by API (for example Stripe, Pipedrive, Klaviyo, Calendly, Mailchimp, Airtable, WordPress), Google (Gmail and Drive, several accounts), social networks and ads, your own systems through MCP, and by browser where there is no API. If a tool isn't supported yet, we tell you clearly.
What needs my approval?
Only actions that send, publish, delete, spend or pay. You see the exact content and press «Approve». Drafts, notes, records, imports and analyses run by role, so the organization keeps moving without you.
Do I get all 26 departments?
Context (research) and management are always on. The other 24 switch on when your goals, connected sources and answers make them useful, and switch off when they don't. You can override any decision from BRAIN.
How is the flat fee set?
$890 covers the first month. In week 4 you receive your personalized flat fee, based on your objectives and the work our agent organization has measured inside your startup. It doesn't move with tokens or usage.
Is my data shared with other companies?
No. What YESIF learns across companies is structural and anonymous: common categories only, never names, free text or absolute figures, and only patterns seen in at least 3 companies. Your data stays in your company space.
What is live today?
BRAIN over connected tools runs in production for companies today. Autonomous departments, research immersion and learning by company type are rolling out with our first startup cohort, under TurbineH's supervision.
What happens after I click “Start now”?
You go to the onboarding. When you finish and confirm your email, your YESIF account is created, you receive your invitation and one email with the links to connect each tool, and research on your market starts.
Stop hiring for every function.
Stop paying per token.
Operate like a full company.
