Field services and installations

In YESIF, «Field services and installations» is a department of AI agents whose mission is to resolve on-site calls right the first time, with the right person and materials.

Like every YESIF department, it has a coordinator, a council of 4 roles (constraints and finance, context, competitors and role models, goals) plus a synthesis, specialists that work in parallel waves, and routines on a schedule. Only sending, publishing, deleting, spending and payments wait for a person's «Approve».

  • Service request intakeproposal

Classifies each incoming service request (email, form, sensor) by service type and urgency, detects missing data (address, equipment, symptom) and leaves the work order ready for scheduling.

  • Visit planningproposal

Proposes customer appointments and prioritizes the visit queue by urgency, response commitments and open calendar slots, avoiding overlaps and missed time windows.

  • Technician assignmentproposal

Matches each technician's skills, certifications and availability to work order requirements and proposes the assignment that maximizes first-visit resolution.

  • Service routesproposal

Optimizes visit order and travel for each technician while respecting time windows, maximum working hours, mandatory stops and urgent jobs arriving during the day.

  • Job preparationproposal

Compiles before the visit the equipment history, previous interventions, likely parts and procedure instructions, and flags what is missing to arrive prepared.

  • Assisted diagnosisanalysis

Analyzes symptoms, sensor readings and similar past cases to suggest to the technician a prioritized sequence of checks and probable causes, without executing or validating the intervention.

  • Work reportsproposal

Structures the technician's notes, photos and evidence into a complete, consistent work report, detecting empty fields and unrecorded times or parts before closure.

  • Service spare partsproposal

Coordinates spare parts needs of open work orders with van and warehouse stock, and proposes reservations and replenishments to avoid visits without the right part.

  • Job follow-upproposal

Checks after each intervention the open items, customer commitments and needed follow-up visits, and proposes the next step so that no case is left unresolved.

  • Preventive serviceproposal

Proposes preventive inspections based on maintenance calendar, usage hours or sensor signals that anticipate failures, turning them into work orders and appointments adjusted to team workload.

  • Remote assistanceproposal

Assesses each incoming call-out to resolve or narrow it down via video call, telemetry or customer guidance. Proposes replacing the site visit with a remote session or arriving with a pre-diagnosis.

  • Van stock controlproposal

Monitors the inventory of each service van and proposes restocking based on upcoming jobs. Handles returns and defective parts.

  • IoT predictive maintenanceproposal

Analyzes sensor signals and telemetry from installed equipment to detect drift and anticipate failures. Proposes work orders and alert thresholds before breakdown.

  • Service contracts and SLAanalysis

Reviews coverage, renewals and committed response times of each service contract. Flags SLA breach risks and contracts nearing expiry.

  • Warranty claimsproposal

Determines whether an intervention is covered by manufacturer or in-house warranty. Prepares cost-recovery claims to manufacturers and suppliers.

  • On-site quoting and collectionproposal

Generates on-site quotes and upgrade proposals during the visit based on findings. Manages their acceptance, invoicing and immediate payment collection.

  • Safety and licensing complianceanalysis

Verifies per job compliance with OHS/OSHA, risk assessments, PPE and official certifications (RITE, REBT, gas, F-gas, EPA 608, state licenses). Flags technicians or jobs lacking valid authorization.

  • Installation project managementproposal

Coordinates multi-day installations: site survey, permits, equipment orders, milestones and commissioning. Proposes the project schedule and handover certificate.

  • Subcontractor networkproposal

Selects, vets, assigns and evaluates external installers to cover demand peaks or areas without in-house technicians. Proposes which jobs to outsource and to whom.

  • Customer communicationsproposal

Drafts appointment confirmations, arrival and delay notices, and collects satisfaction feedback after each visit. Proposes reschedules when a customer must be reassigned a slot.

  • Installed base registryproposal

Maintains the equipment register by location with model, serial number, configuration and intervention history. Proposes additions, corrections and duplicate merges after each visit.

  • Service analytics and capacityanalysis

Measures first-visit resolution, response times and per-technician productivity, and explains revisit causes. Forecasts demand and required headcount by area.

  • Technical knowledge and traininganalysis

Turns work reports and applied fixes into reusable technical guides. Detects each technician's training or certification gaps from errors and revisits.

  • Service fleetproposal

Manages service vehicles: maintenance, roadworthiness inspections, fuel, telematics and fleet costs. Proposes servicing and downtime slots without breaking the visit schedule.

  • Service model designanalysis

Defines the field service model (in-house, outsourced or hybrid) and its cost per visit. Sets out the scaling plan for technicians, areas and fleet as the business grows.
